At The Cowgirl, we want you to love your Western-inspired finds, but if a fit isn't right, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are free from wear or damage to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return's journey back to our ranch.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
